Hello! My name is Nguyễn Thị Lương, but you can call me Tracy or Cici. I was born in 1999 and am now 25 years old. From 2017 to 2022, I studied English at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. During university, I worked part-time for four years—two years as a sales associate in a clothing store and two years as a barista in a café, eventually being promoted to team leader. Those experiences allowed me to hone my communication skills and team-management abilities. In 2020, I began a side business sourcing fashion products from Taobao, which not only deepened my understanding of market demand but also taught me practical business operations. My professional background and work experience focus on languages, international trade, and customer service. While studying at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, I built a solid foundation in English and developed a keen awareness of cross-cultural communication. To enhance my competitiveness, I spent three years teaching myself Chinese and passed the HSK Level 4 exam, which laid a strong foundation for communicating with Chinese clients in my work and gave me a clear advantage in the import–export sector. Over the past two years in import–export, I’ve been responsible for order management, shipment tracking, and customer service, becoming well-versed in the entire process—from customs procedures to logistics coordination and supply-chain management. I excel at building trusting relationships with clients and resolving issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, my part-time roles as a retail staff member and café team leader gave me rich experience in sales and team leadership, bolstering my organizational skills, service mindset, and interpersonal communication. In the future, I hope to continue deepening my expertise while leveraging my language strengths to expand international collaboration opportunities.
