Vietnam Local Buddy & Tour Guide Partnership Recruitment

Playful Tours is now recruiting university students and working adults living in Vietnam who can communicate in Chinese to join us in showing travelers the real culture and everyday life of Vietnam.

1. Who are we looking for?

• Residents of major cities such as Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Phu Quoc Island.
• Able to communicate in basic Chinese; English or other languages are a plus.
• Knowledgeable about local attractions, food, transportation, and lifestyle.
• Enjoy interacting with travelers, friendly, patient, and outgoing.
• Available during free time, weekends, or after work to take assignments.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Local Buddy

• Accompany travelers for city walks, food exploration, photo tours, shopping, etc.
• Assist with simple communication needs (ordering food, taking taxis, asking for directions).
• Share personal insights about local culture and daily life.
• No tour guide license required—ideal for students and young adults.

2. Tour Guide / Rider

• Lead themed tours such as city exploration, motorbike tours, and food routes.
• Plan routes, manage time, and ensure traveler safety.
• If you have a valid tour guide license, please provide it for more professional tour matching.

3. Cooperation & Income

• Freelance-based cooperation; payment is calculated per tour or time slot.
• Flexible schedule—you set your own availability.
• We provide travelers, payment processing, and customer support.
• Payment will be made according to agreed rates after each service.
• High-rated partners will receive priority for higher-value tours.

4. Qualities We Value

• Friendly and enjoy interacting with people.
• Punctual, responsible, and respectful toward travelers’ cultures and needs.
• Able to follow platform guidelines and service procedures.
• Willing to continue learning and stay updated on local spots and restaurants.
