Responsibilities of traders and logistics providers to supply delivery documents during shipment:

Freight forwarders are responsible for providing shipping documents during delivery.
Logistics providers are responsible for proof of delivery (photos and invoices) for buyers and sellers upon request.

Note: In case of delays, we will promptly notify customers, who may cancel or continue waiting.
