How do deposit discounts work?
- Phase one covers guide booking partnerships only. Other travel products are outside this phase.
- Your assigned tier determines discounts on eligible base deposits, not transport, extra hours or balances payable on site.
- Available guides, dates and time slots are subject to the availability shown in the system.
- Created orders retain their original discount details. Later tier changes do not reprice existing orders.
Before you apply
Do I need a separate dealer account?
Yes. Dealer applications and login are separate from regular membership. Approval is required before booking as a dealer.
Do dealers use different booking pages?
No. After signing in, use the same guide booking pages and cart. The system applies eligible account discounts.
Are discounts available as soon as I apply?
Your application must be approved and your account activated first. Discounts depend on your assigned tier and order eligibility. Submitting an application does not constitute approval.
Where do existing dealers sign in?
Select “Dealer login” on this page. From the dealer portal, you can access guide bookings and your order list.
