Cu Chi Tunnels

Cu Chi Tunnels is a national historical site located in the northwest suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (about 50 to 70 kilometers). It is known as the "underground wonder" in Vietnam's guerrilla warfare art. It was built in 1948 during the Anti-French War and was greatly expanded during the Vietnam War in the 1960s, with a total length of more than 250 kilometers. This is not only a criss-crossing underground military defense network, but also a fully functional "underground city" that showcases the survival wisdom of Vietnamese military and civilians in extreme environments.
