Guangnan rice noodles (Nu Đồ Kitchen)

It is a classic noodle dish originating from Quang Nam Province in central Vietnam. Its soul lies in wide rice strips dyed golden brown with turmeric, layered with pork, shrimp, chicken or quail eggs, drizzled with rich concentrated broth, and finally sprinkled with crushed peanuts and herbs and served with crispy sesame rice cakes.
