I graduated from the University of Commerce with a degree in Service and Tourism Management. I have been studying Chinese for over a year. Although my study time isn’t very long, I’ve had many opportunities to use the language, so my communication skills are quite strong—I can easily converse with Chinese-speaking clients. Since April, I’ve been using Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), through which I’ve guided three tour clients. Because I prepare detailed information in advance about the sites we’ll visit, we’ve had virtually no communication barriers.
