She is lively, cheerful and humorous. I once took my friend on a trip to Da Nang and she was a very enthusiastic tour guide. She made us feel very welcome, like a long-time friend. Throughout the entire trip, she always took good care of us and made the atmosphere fun. My friend was even moved to tears when we were about to return home. It felt like we were saying goodbye to our family.
It was truly an unforgettable memory and one of the best travel experiences of my life. Thank you very much for giving us such a warm and precious journey!
