The guide service includes local companionship, sightseeing guidance, itinerary recommendations, language assistance, and real-time support during your trip. In some cities, motorcycle transportation is also included. Please refer to the guide page for detailed service information.

Yes. You can directly select your preferred date, time slot, and service on this page to book the guide. You may also use the "Ask This Guide About Availability" feature to confirm the guide’s schedule before booking.
Can the guide communicate in English?
The languages spoken by each guide are listed on their profile page. If English is displayed, the guide can communicate with travelers in English.
How are the fees calculated and paid?
Guide services are generally charged in 3-hour sessions. You may pay an online deposit when booking, while the remaining balance is paid directly to the guide on-site. Additional hours or extra participants may incur extra charges, which will be displayed during the booking process.
How can I contact the guide and discuss my itinerary?
After your booking is confirmed, the system will provide a dedicated communication link between you and your guide. Before your trip, you can discuss your itinerary, meeting location, recommended attractions, local cuisine, transportation arrangements, shopping preferences, business schedules, and service hours. By communicating in advance, your travel experience in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, or Ha Long Bay can be better customized to suit your needs and travel preferences.
What happens if my original guide becomes unavailable after booking?
If the original guide becomes unavailable, the paid booking enters the guide reassignment process. The booking date, start and end times, service duration, extra hours, clothing request, and meeting location remain unchanged. You may ask up to five guides who cover the same area and have no schedule conflict. The change is completed only after an available guide replies and you select and confirm one guide. You do not need to pay the deposit again solely because the guide is changed. If no guide is available, please contact Playful Tours support.

Although it was my first time to hire a tour guide with trepidation, luckily I hired this tour guide, which made me feel that this experience was very worthwhile.
She is very good, and she will patiently explain whether it is the explanation of attractions or the precautions for traveling in Vietnam (where is the most cost-effective way to change money/what situations require tipping/which massage is good...all received good replies).
In addition to answering all questions, motorcycle driving is very careful and safe, so you can rest assured to leave it to her. Food recommendations will also be given based on personal needs/portions/preferences, and will not be taken randomly. Overall, give it a five-star rating.

It was really great and fun to experience the motorcycle trip in Da Nang this time! My tour guide spoke very fluent Chinese, and his cycling skills were superb and safe. He took me to many hidden delicacies. Definitely the most unforgettable and awesome experience I have had in Da Nang!
