The guide service includes local companionship, sightseeing guidance, itinerary recommendations, language assistance, and real-time support during your trip. In some cities, motorcycle transportation is also included. Please refer to the guide page for detailed service information.

How are the fees calculated and paid?
Guide services are generally charged in 3-hour sessions. You may pay an online deposit when booking, while the remaining balance is paid directly to the guide on-site. Additional hours or extra participants may incur extra charges, which will be displayed during the booking process.
How can I contact the guide and discuss my itinerary?
After your booking is confirmed, the system will provide a dedicated communication link between you and your guide. Before your trip, you can discuss your itinerary, meeting location, recommended attractions, local cuisine, transportation arrangements, shopping preferences, business schedules, and service hours. By communicating in advance, your travel experience in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, or Ha Long Bay can be better customized to suit your needs and travel preferences.
What happens if my original guide becomes unavailable after booking?
If the original guide becomes unavailable, the paid booking enters the guide reassignment process. The booking date, start and end times, service duration, extra hours, clothing request, and meeting location remain unchanged. You may ask up to five guides who cover the same area and have no schedule conflict. The change is completed only after an available guide replies and you select and confirm one guide. You do not need to pay the deposit again solely because the guide is changed. If no guide is available, please contact Playful Tours support.

This 3-hour pop-up trip was really worth it! The little tour guide girl has a very energetic appearance, a lively and cheerful personality, and her words are very funny. I spoke Chinese very fluently along the way, and there was no communication barrier at all. Although it was only half a day, it brought us a lot of joy.
