I am really satisfied with this trip. Haiyan is a very cute and considerate girl. She is very fluent in Chinese and has no problem communicating at all. Whether it is introducing attractions, explaining the itinerary, or helping to deal with temporary situations, she is very clear and patient. The itinerary was also carefully arranged, and the time was just right. It was not too rushed, nor did it make people feel like they had to wait for too long. Especially the train passing time in Train Street was very accurate. Along the way, they will also take the initiative to remind us to pay attention to safety, help us take photos, and introduce local characteristics, making the whole trip not just a simple sightseeing, but also a lot more warmth and memories.
