Travel Highlights

The largest bronze Buddha statue in the West—Guanyin Statue in Xibutuo Mountain
This 72-meter-tall and 170-ton Guanyin statue is Asia’s tallest mountaintop bronze Buddha statue and was made using European high-pressure forging technology. Viewed from the air, the Guanyin statue seems to be sitting on layers of giant disks, with water pouring down from the disks extending to five pools on the east side. There is a statue of Guanyin above each pool, including: Glazed Guanyin (holding a pearl), Lotus-holding Guanyin (holding a lotus), Sprinkling-water Guanyin (holding a jade bowl), and Universal Pessimism Guanyin (holding a robe). In the center of the pool at the bottom stands a 19.8-meter-high Prajna Sutra pillar, symbolizing the power of wisdom pouring out from the holy mountain.
World-class sandstone Maitreya Buddha statue
The Maitreya Buddha statue, which is 36 meters high, 45 meters wide and weighs 5,500 tons, is made of 6,492 pieces of natural sandstone and is inspired by the terraced landscape of Vietnam. The Maitreya Buddha statue has a kind face and a pleasant smile, symbolizing joy, happiness and wealth, and is an important symbol of faith here.
Music and water dance show in front of Maitreya Buddha
Combined with modern technologies such as laser graphics, 3D projection, laser beams and dynamic lighting, it creates an unprecedented sound and light feast. Dynamic visual special effects reproduce the heavenly scene, colorful clouds, sea of lotus, lucky coins and Maitreya Buddha's classic backpack, bringing visual and spiritual shock to tourists.
Xining Caotai Church
Cao Dai Holy See is the headquarters of Cao Dai Church, located in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam. Founded in 1926, Caodaism is a multi-religious religion that integrates Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, Christianity and Islam. It emphasizes the "unification of all religions" and pursues world peace and harmony among people. The exterior of the church is colorful and combines Eastern and Western styles. It has a Gothic spire and the eaves lines of an Eastern temple. The most representative one is the "Icon of the Eye of Heaven" in the center of the church, which symbolizes the wisdom and mercy of God. The exquisite stained glass, murals and carvings make the entire building a work of art in itself.
